About Us

Coldwell Banker has been selling real estate nationally since 1906. Joe C. Marshall and Associates merged with the existing Coldwell Banker office in Paducah. Joe C. Marshall and Associates had been a leader in Paducah and Western Kentucky for over forty years. Mary Marshall Hoy was the managing broker.

Mary Marshall Hoy is the managing broker for Coldwell Banker Marshall Realty. She is a
past president of the Paducah Board of Realtors. She is the current President of the West
Kentucky Regional MLS. She is a past director of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.

	Donnie McKinney owns Coldwell Banker Marshall Realty. He has been a commercial contractor in Paducah for over 25 years. He was the President of Harper Construction and Vanguard Contractors for 15 years before starting McKinney & Croft Construction in 1988. Donnie holds the CCIM designation for commercial realtors.

	Coldwell Banker Marshall Realty is recognized as a Premier Office with the Coldwell Banker franchise. We have 13 sales associates. Over three quarters of the residential specialists are full time sales associates and have attended the Coldwell Banker Fast Start training program.
Several of the associates have CRS & GRI designations. The Commercial Sales Associates have all attended the Commercial orientation and many of the CCIM classes.
